By call-manager function I hope you mean SRST or IP keyswitch.
This is supported in 12.1(5)YD train and 12.2(2)XG train.

SRST and IP Telephony Service (aka IP Keyswitch) is now integrated into the 12.2T train, and there have been a number of features and bugfixes applied. So, depending on the platform, you are probably better off going for the latest 12.2T release. 12.2(8)T4 is the current release, and 12.2(11)T will shortly be released. Keep an eye on the 12.2T new feature guide as there will be even more features added in due course. Cheers, Dave.
