We are using a Cisco 827 for VOIP calls - it works fine except that after 10 minutes (exactly) the call drops. I've by-passed our PABX and the problem still occurs. The 827 registers with the Gatekeeper seemingly ok. I
Any help would be much appreciated

You need to find out where the disconnect is coming from.
Is it the h225 call setup that is going down (therefore taking the voip leg of the call down) or is it the registration to the gatekeeper that flaps for some reason (you said you checked this but did you make sure the 827 stays registered the entire time during which the call goes down).
If you had a PBX in place, then we have to see whether we receive a disconnect from PBX or send it and why. If you have bypassed the PBX, what is at the telephony leg that places the call. Basically we have to see where the disconnect is coming from, unless ofcourse gatekeeper registration is indicating problems. Debug would be the first step. 'debug voip ccapi inout' is the best option with msec timestamps.
This URL will help explain this debug in more detail:

Hope this helps.

Hi,
Here is the output from the suggested debug command. I believe out gatekeeper requires re-registration every two minutes. Is thie the same time period the cisco is sending? Any other sugestions would be appreciated.
Thanks
