We have Call Manager 3.3(2) and a MGCP gateway with one PRI to PSTN and other PRI connecting to a PBX using Q.Sig. The problem is when a PBX phone places a call to an international mobile number, the PSTN takes a lot of time to process the call and as the PBX does not receive any response from the Qsig in 5 seconds it finishes the call. Is there a way that the Call Manager send any signal to the QSig to keep waiting or any other suggestion?

Try adjusting ISDN T310 timer on the PRI.
