You're going to have to get a little more specific about what you are wanting to do here...
You can use the Call Viewer or the Status Monitor to watch where calls are going in Unity "real time", if that's what you're asking.
There are reports that show which call handlers calls are going through and how they're existing if that's what you wanting to know.
There are reports that show which numbers calls are being transfered to (i.e. billing reports) if THAT's what you want to know...
