Camera control

I have a codec plus where my camera control is not saving my default. On camera control I have saved my default to Group but it keeps defaulting to Manual. The way I saved it is on the backend under Cameras> SpeakerTrack >DefaultBehavior > BestOverview. Camera control temporarily worked fine but the following day and switches back to Manual. I have other codec plus units with the same settings which are working fine.... no camera control issue. Any suggestion on what can be causing camera control not to save default?
