can't download existing geeting message in cisco unity connection

I need to download a greeting message already exist in the unity connection in call handler

however when I choose the greeting message there is no option to download in the play/record tap

please advise

unity connection version 11

Make sure that you are selecting the correct greeting not the main call handle

yes Nashaat ,, I was able to download through the correct call handler -- edit -greeting and save recording as
