I found that in CAR setting, there are only one charge rate can be set.
Anyone know how to set the different charge rate for international, long distance, handphone, local call in CAR? TQ.

As far as I know there is no support yet for this, but i know that there is pending feature request but I am not sure when this will be implemented.
But there are some 3rd party solutions available as you can find in this similar forum discussion.
