Castelle Fax Press T1 PRI to ISR Router/H323

I had a customer on the phone with Castelle Fax Press technical support (they don't seem very knowledgeable of their equipment I noticed) and had an issue escalated to Castelle development who told me they don't have an option to turn off ECM or set the speed to G3.

Anyone else setup one of their boxes via T1 PRI back to ISR router? I find it hard to believe they can't turn of ECM or disable Super G3...

Also Castelle is looking at adding T.38 support down the road, seemed to me they are way behind the times.

if you disable ECM on the fax this should also disable Super G3 mode (Super G3 needs ECM on) also if you check the setup details for the fax machine see if there are some Super V.34 settings, also turn these off (Super V.34 is Super G3) (make sure configure fax/modem passthrough on the gateways )
