CCC Maximun sessions & Monitor tools ??

I have one CM3.3(2) & one CCC 1.2 server.

The CCC licenses is 60.

I setup all about CM & CCC configurations & 60 softphones (installed on pc client).

Then I call to CCC use 60 softphone at same time. When I use 59th softphone user call into CCC, the softphone call is busy.

The CCC have any monitor tools ?
