I have the "Troubleshooting Cisco IP Telephony" book and it tells about how to set Counters for Major and Minor Alarms. I am a little confused on the settings since they are a little abiguous in the book. An example: RegisteredAnalogAccess- the threshold recommendation for a major alarm is: Under 50% less than total. So what do you put for the Limit area when it says this.
There are other counter that can be set for Major and Minor Alarms but I can not find how to set the threshold recommendations for the other counters. Is there a place for threshold recommendations for counters?
