CCM 4.2.3

Hi

i want to upgrade CCM 4.2.1 to 4.2.3 and i know that Fr locale installer is not available on website.

do you recommend to upgrade to 4.2.3 without Fr local installer for 4.2.3

eric,

cisco recommends to install the version of locales which is compatible to ccm version. i have installed ccm 4.2.3 with german locales 4.2.1 with no problems.

what is the upgrade reason to 4.2.3 , bug, feature..?

we have notice 2 week ago that insert cdr service takes 100 % of cpu of server. customer reboot ccm and everything become ok and look stable. A friend of mine tells me that he met also this issue and upgrade ccm to 4.2.3.
