CCM Locale installation failure

I'm trying to install 4.1.2 Italian Locale; I interrupted the first installation process besause it's during about 30min.

I rebooted the server and every time I try to reinstall the Italian Locale 4.1.2 I receive a message like "Another Local Installer in running, please stop this process before" ..

How can I stop old Locale Installer ?

Into Task Manager --> process I cannot see and process related ..

This issue is documented in Cisco bug ID CSCea78445.

For a workaround, delete the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Cisco Systems\LocaleInstaller registry key by performing these steps:

Click Start, and click Run.

Type regedit.exe, and click OK.

Navigate to the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Cisco Systems\LocaleInstaller key.

Delete the LocaleInstaller key.

Once you delete this registry key, you need to reboot the server and reinstall the locale installer.

Note: Once this is done, wait at least 30 minutes (preferably longer) before you manually end the process.
