Hi all,
I have installed a fresh copy of Ciscoworks 2000 with IP Telephone Monitor. After installing, I am unable to add IP Phones to IP Telephony Monitor, reason it shows "No Cisco CallManager Installed". When I go to see discovered devices it shows my CCM Publisher in aware status. I guess it should be in known status.
I had added the CCM Publisher with all right SNMP string, user/password, etc. I am attaching screenshots of Ciscoworks. Please have a look & advise. Is there any known issues? I couldnt find any good troubleshooting document on CCO. Anyone can help?
