CCM y 1760 h323 gateway: "no circuit"

I have CCM 3.3(3) and I have configured a Cisco 1760 as an h323 gateway. The gateway is registered in CallManager, but when I try to make a call from CCM to a destination through the gateway the following h225 secuence:

CCM --- SETUP ------------> H323 gw

CCM <-- CALL PROCEEDING -- H323 gw

CCM --- RELEASE COMPLETE -> H323 gw

The DISC CAUSE "no circuit" and the CODE 34.

Do you know which could be the reason CCM answers with a no circuit available message?

if you make a call with csim start on the router does it complete the call?
