CCM4.02a Timeout for MLA tied to AD?

I have ccm 4.02a and have it integrated with MSAD, I set the IIS value to timeout for lets say 1 minute. But it does not matter because I can leave up all night and come back the next day and it never reprompts me to authenticate again. Is it a registery value that I have to change or changing it to a https connection in some fashion a better solution?
