CCME -restrict access,CDR

Hi,

We are configuring CCME 3.2 on Cisco 3825 router.

1.Can I configure a reporting tool on CCME like a CDR reporting tool where in I can generate a monthly user/extension report.

2.Can I restrict access to international calls to only selected users by configuring FAC(Forced Authorisation code)on CCME router.

3.We have VG224 to which analog phones are connected.How can I control International PSTN access for only few analog phones.

I an aware that for IP phone I can configure dial-peer cor list to control access.But how I configure the same for analog phones on VG224.
