During the CDR Analysis and Reporting Setup I need to enter the Private Password phrase.

I am working with only one CCM version 4.0.1 and all the passwords that I used during the insallation is not match.

How can I know with password is the one that I need to use ?

If you want to resynch the passwords in the call manager use the utility called CHNGPASS.exe in C:\utils of the Call Manager server.

That will syncronize all the passwords in the call manager.

After that you can use the new password as the private phase.

Also its always recoomended to have a uniques password for the SQL sa account and also for all other account for Call Managers.
