I have complaints that incoming calls are not being answered (due to the operator, not a technical problem). Therefore, I'm compiling some stats and I'd like to know what CCTILine means when it's listed as the OnBehalfCode in the CDR dataabse. I've got quite a few of these entries (about 10%) and I don't know what this means. I found the page where it lists the description for the code but it doesn't give any specifics. This code can be found in the origCallTerminationOnBehalfOf, destCallTerminationOnBehalfOf, etc. portion of the CDR database. If you know of any other columns that might help, please let me know.
