CEM 5.0 Adding more than 200 users

I would like to add/configure more than 200 users on the CEM 5.0.

There is nothing on the documentation for this Release.

On CEM 4.6.1 the solution was to add MAX_USER=xxx into the rserver.cfg file.

But this solution doesn't work for 5.0.

There is no document having information about adding more than 200 users on the CEM 5.0 on Cisco site. I guess, this is not possible. May be because, if the users are more than 200, the number of skill groups increase and accordingly the compution too, which is not feasible solution.
