I have read all the docs on CER and it seems not to bad but I did have one question.
Let's say I want to have each cube office be its own ERL, pretty striaght forward so far. I also want the ELIN to be the person's own E.164 number, that is possible. I have two other sites that are not accessing the same PSAP and want to make sure that eac hcall gets routed to the appropriate one, so far just a route pattern natching the number dialed from CER and have it go to the appropriate PSAP.
Let's say I have either Extension Mobility or the user takes his/her phone to a conference room on another floor in the building? Since all the ERL's are based on the exact location and the ELIN would be different for that praticular port how is this done?
Would it be better to get a set of totally different numbers for the ELIN's and assign that to each location, thus no matter who plugged their phone in it would be the exact location always?
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
