Cisc MXE 3500 SUI interface - SNS Category Integration issue

Have anyone experience the issue on the MXE 3500 SUI interface that when you transcode Vidoe to SNS format, and after MXE tcomplet the transcoding, you have option to post this directly to SNS? The problem i encountered is that MXE cannot view SNS category. Is there special configuration for MXE ?  and or SNS set up? I reveiw the MCE  SUI Tab and everything seems to be rigth on URL and user access.

The resolution in the integration issue of MXE/SUI and Show and Share

1. Make sure that the auto publish is uncheck in the MXE - Show and Share set up.

2. user name and password to access Show and Share are valid.
