Hello everyone,
I have been running into an issue with some of my cisco phones. I have been having calls come into a group of 6 phones that share an extension. Sporadically the phones will show a call coming in but when answered it is just a "dead call" then a another call will come in a second or two later from the same number and will answer normally. I am unsure of the reasoning behind this issue and would like to know if anyone has run into this before.
