Can CCM 4.x be installed on the server running Windows 2003? If yes, how do you upgrade from Windows 2000 to Windows 2003 live environment.

Never tried it but
a. Cisco wont support even if it gets installed somehow
b. The installer in the CD is designed to install only on Win2000.

it is possible but you need to play with 2003 registry... documents are availble on site these days.
