Cisco gateway/gatekeeper and Vocaltec Surf n Call

As I've read in Cisco announcements, Cisco and Vocaltec products are compatible, so I wonder how it's possible to register Vocaltec surf'n'call clients to Cisco gatekeeper, having them send calls via Cisco gateways.

Please note that Surfncall uses some ID/URL authentication with gatekeeper.
