IP Phone 7910 is not responding to network & giving no tone etc.Scenario is
7910----Cisco 3550---Cisco3745

Do you have your switch set to autonegotiate? I think the 7910 is 10mb only. I have about 20 7910 without problems. They are 7910---3524---3745.
