Cisco Softphone and Windows XP

I got softphone ver 1.3(3) running on WIN-XP in a CM 3.3 environment. The softphone runs perfectly on WIN2000 but on WIN-XP I can only dial ext-to-ext I hear re-order when external calls are made. I am using the same softphone-device I created in CM for both installations. I did a debug on the gateway and saw that the call actually goes out, but I still hear re-order. Guys I do not know what is happening. Could some other program installed be causing this.

For you to hear reorder tone with Softphone the CCM will need to signal this to the Softphone. It is highly unlikely that there is an app on the PC causing this problem.

A review of the GW debugs and CCM and CTI traces will help determine why the call failed.
