I can not get the callmanger 3.1 and Cisco Unity 3.1 server to communicate with each other. i configured the voice mail ports on call manager. i have no ports on unity box to configure . I am really stuck at the moment. even our reseller cant help.
I read about tsp might need to be installed to get it to work which is downloadable fron cisco website . but surely this must be built into intial install of unity
No the TSP install is not part of the initial Unity install. You can install it off of Unity CD # 1, it is in the folder called Cisco, or you can download it from CCO.
In Unity 4.x the TSP will be installed automatically when you install Unity.
