There are no Unified Communications traversal zones configured.

On Jabber client, I am getting "cannot communicate with the server"

You need to create the UC Tranversal zones, one on each Expressway-C/E.  Refer to the Expressway MRA Deployment Guide starting on pg 16, and if you haven't already, I suggest you look over the entire document to check your configuration.
