I've just joined, so sorry if this is a daft question, but:-
We have just implemented Cisco VOIP across our organisation, which covers Kent, UK. We have a Unity server, so people have voicemail. We are basically a Microsoft shop, so we have integrated that to our Exchange server.
So we have done the basics - I have a feeling that our infrastucture is ripe for implementation of some central server based applications that would just blow our users away.
So my question is - what server based apps do people think are drop dead fantastic, that no real Cisco VOIP implementation should be without?
In case it helps, we are a mobile outfit (emergency service), with 2000 employees and 67 premises. We are interested in mobile and remote access, and want to leverage the most out of our Cisco Voip and Microsoft infrastructure.
What's out there that I cannot do without?
