I have written an JTAPI application that pushes some XML information to the phone when it rings. Now I need some method to clear this screen. For example if a user does not pick up the phone, an application should clear the screen from previous information. The only way I know is to use 'CiscoIPPhoneExecute' and so press some softkey. But if a users clears screen himself by pressing 'Exit', the 'CiscoIPPhoneExecute' presses some other button what it shouldn't do. Is there a more elegant way to clear the screen after pushing XML to it?
