CM 3.2 upgrade stopped Unity Standard Greetings on "Virtual" phones

We created 30 line templates for virtual phones. We use made up MAC addresses, AABBCCDDEE..., and assign all of our unused lines to these phones. Then we have the lines fowarded to a general menu. This stops the routing loops between our traditional PBXes and our Gateways/CallManagers. We have several department menus set up on Unity with some of these virtual lines. The standard greetings on virtual phones stopped working when we upgraded to CM3.2. We can foward calls to virtual phones and from virtual phones but cannot foward all calls to voicemail on virtual phones and get the standard greeting. Instead, we get the prompt for password. Has anyone else encountered this and found a workaround

Look at the release notes in the following URL and see if there is a caveat related to your issue http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/voice/c_callmg/3_2/

Use the Unity Call Viewer and see how the call is being sent to unity. CCM3.2 changed the way it handles voicemail. Please post what you see in the call viewer on unity...that will explain a lot.
