CM with AA + MGCP Router + FXO

Hi,

I have configured the attendant DN under the gateway configuration for FXO port as the CTI RP number of the AA.

The issue is when I call the pilot number for the AA CTI RP from inside I can call the any extension but when i call from outside i.e PSTN I cannot. i.e i only get the welcome message. I think my digits are not getting passed.

I am using analog FXO ports for PSTN.

Please confirm that:

mgcp dtmf-relay codec all mode out-of-band is configured.
