Getting a login failed message when trying to select Extension Mobility service from a 7960 phone that is subscribed to the service. I am not getting presented with the userid/pin prompt from the service. When looking at the trace files for EM, I see that there are errors generated by the servlet when looking for the registry entry for AppUserID/Password. I have tried to configure the proper registry entries to no avail, have restarted Tomcat service each time, and still the log entries about being unable to read the key. Any ideas? I ran into this once and its because the URL for the extension mobility was incorrect. Can you double check this. it should be:
http://
where IP of CM is the IP Address of the Cisco CallManager where Cisco CallManager Extension Mobility is installed.
Make sure you have the full url as it is.
