Hi,

I have a router with CCME/Unity express.

IOS loaded is 12.3(14)T2 advanced Enterprise (c2800nm-adventerprisek9-mz.123-14.T2.bin).

I want to configure autoattendant but not able to find the required commands(ie "call applicationvoice <app name>" nor

"application

service <app name> flash:

paramspace ...."

Is it an IOS problem or are there any other commands to be configured.

That you have to configure under the CUE session.

Depends on the router platform I think 2066 is your port, telnet to the router fastethernet 0/0 ip address with 2066 port to get into the CUE CLI prompt, then you will be able to configure the CUE.

C:\> telnet 2066

then login to the CUE.

Thanks

Have you referred to this link ?

There are two ways to configure AA. You can either do it under the router using a TCL script loaded into flash or you can do it in CUE module - Use CUE editor to create a AA script and upload it to CUE module.
