Upgraded CCM from 3.34 to 4.12, but we are not able to add member into line group. It always pop up an error message when click update.
OS:2000-2-7
CCm:4.12 with SR1
Attached is the error message. Any thought? thanks

Confirm if the DC Directory Server service is running (Start--> Programs-->Admin tool--> Services). If not please start the service and set to automatic.
Also try to run c:\program files\cisco\bin\adminutility.exe
It is supposed to sync/reset passwords for CallManager userIDs and relevent services and where the accounts are being used.

Does the hostname of the server contain invalid DNS characters such as underscore? It will not work correctly in this case. Trying using the IP address of the callmanager instead of the hostname.
