I was wondering where I can download the lastest version of TSP for CTI integration? I think this is what is callled. What I am trying to do is dial my contacts in Outlook automatically. I have version 3.1 but it hangs when a call is terminated. I was hoping the lastest version fixed the problem. I can't seem to find where to download it.

The TSP is bundled with Call Manager. Download CCM 3.1(4b) from CCO and install it. Then downlload the TSP from the Application->InstallPlugins menu.
