How many CTI Route Points can be configured in a Call Manager Cluster, running release 3.1.
I beleive that would depend on the type of server and on how many other devices the cluster is supporting. this link might be helpful

as far as i know, a CTI Routpoint is a virtual device, that can handle several calls at once.
