CUACA contacts insert problem

Hi,

I have created one contact on the CUACA and then exported it into (.csv) file, filled it with contacts then uploaded it again to CUACA, then went to insert contacts and selected the file I've uploaded, the problem is the job scheduler shows no-complete

and it continues like this...

any idea why its no completing the contacts insert?

LDAP plug in service was stopped earlier by Cisco partner, enabled it and the issue was resolved
