CUC self care portal - contact name resolution on phone

Hi,

 

I have the problem on a 8961 phone that on self care portal the user enters a new contact but when this number calls her the name is not presented on the display of the called phone.

1. Should the name be resolved on the phone or is this a compatibility issue of the phone?

2. Is there a possibility to solve this in another way?

1 No, it shouldn't, we don't offer that feature with any phone in any CUCM version.

2 Look at Paolo´s script for that
