Hello.
I have a customer who has migrated the Call Manager and Unity to version 10.5 and with the old version of Unity he had a feature that when someone hung up the call before leaving a message in the mailbox, he received an email with the calling number information .
Now with the new version no longer has this feature.
Anyone know if you can configure this feature or version 10.5 are not supported?

The old Unity didn't have that feature, missed call notifications has only been implemented in CUC 11.x

Hi Jaime and thanks for your answer.
I've read the documentation that this facility (missed call notifications) is implemented from version 11.x, but in my case it is a call that has been answered by voice mail and caller hung up before to leave a message.
The customer says that the old version it's work fine.

Unity never had that, you probably want to actually take a look at what they have/had to get the real story, AFAIK using Exchange for UM also provides that. It might be they're using a 3rd party and they just don't know what's actually happening on the backend, and tell you what they think is happening.
