Hello. Been googling for information about the CUCM system reports call types (Internal, Local, Long Distance, etc). I wanted to know how the call type is determined. Is it from the router filter?

Hi,
for incoming call your service provider would have to mark it accordingly, for outgoing calls you can check the link for details as it can be done both on CUCM and GW.

For these reports to work properly, you need to manually define the type of calls on the CAR page > System > System Parameters > Dial Plan Configuration.
