CUCMBE 6.x and Microsoft environment.

Hi!

I'm curious about what you can do if you are running CUCMBE and want to tie that together with your Microsoft environment (i.e. Exchange/AD). I'm thinking using user databases, calendar functions (ex. User set on holiday in calendar and that you get voice mail when calling their number) etc.

I't would really help me if you can share your experience with ongoing projects or up and running solutions. I't feels like I'm getting nowhere when I browse through the Ciscoweb even if there's a ton of documents.

Hi,

CUCM/CUCMBE intrgeate with LDAP for sync of user and auth only. At this time there is no feature/functionality where CUCM will query LDAP for calendar or anything else.

Not aware of any plans to get something like this in the future.

if you upgrade to the CUCMBE 7.x, CUC has features for Cal and reading emails from Exchange.
