DCD- No free connection blocks

I have a 2 CM (3.3.4) system with 1 IPCC standard (3.1.3).

On several occasions I have get this in the event log- "No Free Connection Blocks Connection Refused"

This affects the Attendant Console, admin pages and IPCC logins. There is a bug CSCee82637 but the only solution is to restart the DCD service. Thats not a good solution for production.

Anyone fix this??

It doesn't look like this has been fixed. Do you perform regualar backups of the CallManager? The backup process will stop and start the DC Directory service.
