Greetings,
I would like to find out how can I know more about the error messages reported about the Unity in the Win2K server Event Viewer?
For example, Event Source: AvDirSynch_MC or Event Source: AvCiscoTsp_MC.
This will be helpful in finding out what's wrong with the Unity as well as finding the solution to it.
Thanks.

We realize that the Unity event logs are less than perfect right now. Today your best bet is posting them to this forum.
There is a major effort underway to clean up the event log messages for the Unity 4.0 release and make them more useful. This will most likely include a website to search for error messages.

What version of Unity is this?

Greetings Keith,
This is Unity version 3.0, Build number 3.0(4). This there anyway to upgrade this to version 3.1(4) in the quickest way? Thanks.
Agape,
Kwok :)

You can download 3.1(4) at:
http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/unity-31
Click on 'Download Full CD Images of Unity 3.1'.
You can also get 3.1(4) at:
ftp-sj.cisco.com
cd to /cisco/voice/unity/3.1.2cd
I know the directory is named 3.1.2 but they are actually 3.1.4 CDs in the directory.
I recommend using FTP to get them.
As long as Unity is running you should be able upgrade. Make sure to check out the release notes.
