Cisco just published DevPack 23 for Call Manager 4.1(3), but I can not upgrade to it. When I ran the upgrade, it will go up to the point, "Unpacking" and the message would appear, "Script can't be opened". I thought my file was corrupted so I downloaded again, and samething happened.

Has someone run into same problems?

BTW, Currently I am running DevPack 19.

Try renaming the script and then open it.It this does not solve the problem then I think it is due to version incompatibility
