We are running Unity 2.4.6. I have set up a translation that allows users to dial a phone number from outside the network to check voice mail. When the number is dialed you get the default voice mail greeting asking to enter a mailbox number. This option only allows you to leave voice mail for someone. What needs to be done for them to gain access to their mailbox. On our office system we can press # and enter the mailbox number. Is this supported thru Unity?

Thanks!!!

Adam W. When we press the "*" key the system asks for an "ID". Using the phone keypad I spell the username that was created when the account was setup and the system says "it is invalid". What exactly is Unity looking for?
Thanks!!!

It's asking for the DTMF id which is the number listed on the subscriber's profile page under extension.

Is there a way to have a handler or something that will just prompt outside people for there id then password? ... Instead of going to the opening greeting and having to hit * ? I am using Unity 3.1.

yes, you can mape a key or an after greeting action or setup a routing rule or whatever to route to the "Sign In" conversation. this is the conversation that prompts users for their login ID and their password (if they have one configured).
