Hi everybody
Does Softphone version 1.2 works with CM 3.2(2c)?
When installing the softphone it asks which version is Call Manager, and it only shows version 3.0 and 3.1.
will it work with version 3.2?

Hi Geoff
The Softphone Line Selection is empty, so we can't use it.
Our config is:
CM
Created CTI Port for Softphone
Add DN for CTI
Add user to softphone
PC side
Installed plug-in JTAPI
And Softphone

did you associate the device with the user? Device Association associate the CTI port in there. Not in the Softphone option.

I also forgot, you need to have Enable CTI application checked for the user.
