I am working on a brand new Unity install. Voicemail seems to be working fine for calls transferred or dialed internally. If an outside call comes in to the receptionist and she transfers it to someone who is not at their desk, the FNA sends it to Unity. I can watch the call appear in call viewer, but the very second it hits their greeting the line drops and the call is terminated.

Unity: 2.4.6.126
TSP: 1.0.0.39

Check to see which codec(s) is being used on calls coming in over the GW. Then check to see which codec(s) are configured on Unity.

Also, if you are at TSP 36 (you wrote 39), you need to either install backout to TSP 32 or upgrade Unity to 2.4.6.135.
Upgrading Unity would be my reccomendation.

Sir,
Could you please elaborate further more on how did you change the codec on voice ports ? in Unity or CallManager ? Thank you very much.

You need to add the command 'G711 ulaw' under the dial-peer voip. All Cisco routers do G.927 by default.
