E&M pinouts

I have an Ericsson MD-110 pbx with E&M cards and I want to connect it to my router with E&M cards too, can anyone help me with the pinouts for the cable needed.

also what type of signalling is best for this setup?

This is the info we have on Ericsson:

The pinouts for Ericsson are not necessarily the same as those for Cisco. We can provide the Cisco pinouts but the particular Ericsson pinouts should be provided by them. Here are the options you have for E&M signaling and all the pinouts depending on which model you choose to follow:
