Hi all I have here in Mexico running one 3845 as Voice gateway with CCM remote in US , but this last week when we make a PSTN call and this is busy I received the follow message :
?Your call can not be completed as dial please consult your directory or ask you
Operator for assistance this is the recording ?
Some idea? The CCM engineer says that in his side all is ok...

Can you receive calls as well ?
whats the status of the E1 controller ?
(show controllers e1 x/y)
The message you are hearing could be due to a partition/CSS problem as well. You can use "debug voice ccapi inout" to see if calls are passing through the gateway or not.

about the E1 i have in/out PSTN calls without problem this message is sent when the external number for example my house or other company is busy.
Also I added all rtp-send-receive but nothing..

Hola Eduardo,
The message you are getting is from the Annunciator.
Do you only want to hear busy tone?
You may disable ANN under Cisco IP Voice Media Streaming App in Service Parameters in CCMAdmin. Select Run Flag No.

In Fact only we want to hear busy tone .
About your suggestion let me talk with the CCM admin in order to can test with this change.
